So... let's talk about work!

A few things I would like to tell you about my services:

  • I work primarily on weekends

  • I'll always send you updates (during the project)

  • The delivery time depends on customer response time (I only continue the process after your check)

  • Even though prices vary as a type of "promotion", each character counts as ONE art. In the case of art payment, the artwork will be made per character (for example, five sketchs are equivalent to an art with five characters)

  • IMPORTANT NOTE, Main clause: Keep in mind that if payment is not made within ONE WEEK of finished the drawing, I will contact you for a final negotiation. By reading this TOS you agree that, automatically that after completing 7 days of the notice of "completion" of the art, if payment is not made, we will enter into a negotiation to "solve" the value of the art that was not paid. The possible solutions for this negotiation are:

  • the character that was drawn, regardless of the current value, will be transferred to me, with ALL COPYRIGHTS, including the right to sell, so that the unpaid amount can be balanced.

  • You will have one more week to get the amount due, HOWEVER, a fee of 5$ will be added for the situation occurred. (five per week)

  • third and last possibility: You can pay your debt with an character that worth at least 30% most than the commission. For example, if you commissioned an lineless icon for 20$, the character will need to value, at least, 26$, to have the loss balanced.

  • keep in mind that the character will probably be sold to settle the amount that was not paid by the customer. Remembering that these terms will ONLY happen in the event of a default, do not worry, the payment due cancels any possibility of this happening!

  • If none of these solutions is chosen, beware will be made regarding the due customer, exposing the entire situation that occurred, considered as "default"

I will always ask how to improve to make you as comfortable as possible with the art, the character and about all work

Things i don't do

  • Horses

  • Gore/vore

  • NSFW

  • any kind of illegal/disrespectful scene

I will always prioritize your comfort and respect. Regardless of what, we can talk before! Please, I ask that if there is any change, notify in advance

About payment:

  • Payment must be made at the latest after sending the first sketch (for approval)

  • Commission cancellation is only possible until confirmation of the first sketch

  • I accept payments by PayPal (preferably) or "voucher"* (payment by purchases)

*Exchanges accepted by the voucher include payments for Steam games and purchase of art / characters from other artists - I don't like a lot thise type of purchase, but i understand some people can't work with paypal. Please honey, give preferences for paypal, i would love to talk about it, feel free to pm me on one of my social networks

In case of HOLD or PAYMENT PLAN:

  • I do holds only in strictly necessary cases. I prefer to avoid, but completely respect that people do not always have the amount they need at the time they need it, everything is fine!

  • The estimated value MUST BE PAID IN FULL for the art or character to be sent.

  • In case of "payment plans" the character will only be sent to the END OF THE PLAN.

  • In case of withdrawal, please be aware that I DO NOT NEED to refund the amount already paid.

Please, I kindly ask you not to ask for a hold if have the possibility to you give up! I don't like the idea of keeping the money for something that won't be received (the last topic) but I had to create this "rule" due to the cases of hold in which people asked and gave up in the middle! It is complicated for me to keep a character or art on hold so that the person gives up and I have to put it on offer again (or even that, in the case of art)

Art Rights:

  • I would be honored to use my work on your social media! I just ask you to don't forget the credits

  • If you want to do some editing on the art / add some background, it is also totally allowed! (As long as the edition doesn't prejudice the original credits of the image)

  • I may use your character's art as a portfolio. I ask that if you are not comfortable, let me know!
